Bid Opening Submittal List

The City of Satellite Beach will be receiving sealed bids at the Office of the City Clerk, Satellite Beach City Hall, 565 Cassia Blvd., Satellite Beach, FL 32937 for a qualified firm to construct improvements to Jackson Ave., which includes bioswales, storm inlet top replacements, pipework, and road restoration.

Bids must be received by the City of Satellite Beach City Clerk’s Office at 565 Cassia Blvd., Satellite Beach, FL 32937 no later than October 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Bids must be submitted on City format to be considered. Mark the document “RFB No. 25-26.01 Jackson Ave. from SR513 to A1A” on the lower left-hand corner of the front of the envelope and mail or hand deliver to the Office of the City Clerk, City of Satellite Beach, City Hall, 565 Cassia Blvd., Satellite Beach, FL 32937 in a sealed envelope. Two (2) original bid proposals, with required supplemental information must be submitted no later than October 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM, at which time the names of the firms submitting bids will be read out loud and a bid tabulation will be prepared and made available for review by the public. No bids received after the time and date specified for the opening will be considered.

Bidders must be FDOT prequalified in: drainage, grading, and sidewalks. This prequalification must be met by the Prime, not in combination with any subconsultants.

There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting for the project at Satellite Beach City Hall
on September 9, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting is strongly encouraged.
