Happy Holidays from your local Senior social club!!!  Seniors 55 or older are welcome to join and city residency is not a requirement. Membership can be completed at the David R. Schechter Community Center (1089 S Patrick Drive, Satellite Beach) by paying the $10 annual dues and filling out an informational card. OR – You can now join or renew your membership on our website www.55plusclubofsb.com.  An additional $1 service fee is added for this convenience.

TRAVEL

Our travel programs are back up and running after a hiatus.  We traveled to McKee Botanical Gardens and Wildwood Antique Mall in Vero Beach, Florida in October.  Our next day trip is to St. Augustine Nights of Lights on December 16th.  The cost per person is $70 and the deadline to register is November 15th .  Registration is at the SB Recreation Office located at 1089 S. Patrick Drive.  For more information on the St. Augustine Nights of Lights trip, please call Beth at 321-626-70998.  We also have extended trips planned for 2026.  In February (16-20, 2026) we will be headed to Savannah, Jekyll Island and Charleston.  The trip is $799 per person/double occupancy. In September (21-26, 2026) we will be going to Pidgeon Forge and Smokey Mountains Show Trip.  Tis trip is $825 per person/double occupancy.  Each of these extended trips include transportation, lodging, some meals and other activities.
