Looking for a little flexibility in your schedule?
Our drop-in classes make it easy to stay active, learn something new, or just have fun—on your own time! Whether you’re into fitness, wellness, creative workshops, or educational sessions, drop-in classes let you join in without any long-term commitment or advance registration. Just stop by, jump in, and enjoy the experience!

Gentle Yoga
This gentle yoga class focuses on different areas of the body in each class to suit the students' needs that day. You can expect long holds, joint mobility, slow warming movement, and use of props. Please bring your own mat. Classes are $10/class for SB residents/ $11 non-residents paid at the door.
When: Monday & Wednesday 9:00am-10:00am

Hatha Yoga
Balance your body, mind, and spirit with guided yoga postures of stretching, deep breathing, and relaxation. Cost is $5/class for SB residents/ $5.50 for non-residents paid at the door to the instructor. Bring your own yoga mat and strap for stretching. Wear comfortable clothing.
When: Monday & Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:45pm
Where: Pelican Beach Clubhouse, 1495 Hwy A1A

Chair Yoga
This class is meant for those healing and seniors. Use of the chair gives the security to trust our balance and allows us to build strength. Class will focus on opening stiff joints, breath work, strength and stretching. Please bring your own mat to set chair on to keep from slipping. Classes are $10/class for SB residents/ $11 non-residents paid at the door and packages of 5 and 10 are available. Anyone over the age of 80 can attend for free!
When: Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am - 11:00am

Power Yoga
A warm power yoga flow where students will gain strength, flexibility, and energy through movement. All levels are welcome. Modifications of all poses will be taught. Bring a yoga mat and water. Classes are $5/class for SB residents/ $5.50 non-residents paid at the door.
When: Sunday 9:15am - 10:15am

Piloxing
PILOXING® is an exciting fitness program that blends the best of Pilates, Boxing and Dance into a high-energy interval workout! PILOXING® uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates, which combines to provide a muscle-toning workout. Join instructor, Terry Gerken, for an hour workout every Saturday morning at 8:45AM at the DRS Community Center, for this empowering workout for teens and adults! Cost is $8/class for SB residents/ $8.80 for non-residents (discount punch cards available). Fees are paid directly to the instructor in class.
When: Saturday 8:45am - 9:45am

Zumba® Gold with Ro!
This class uses simple dance choreography designed for all ages. Special care is taken for Seniors, and people just starting back into a regular exercise program. Ro's high energy/low impact class will send you around the world with music to move your body, mind, and spirit. Bring water, and if desired a towel and light weights. Class fee is $5 for Satellite Beach residents and $5.50 for non-residents, paid directly to the instructor (discount cards available).
